Enchanted Cottage is a basic house kit in quarter scale that sits on top of a double garden base.
It is a one-room design with the floor measuring 6 wide x 4 3/4 deep.
The house on the base is 6" tall with the lower base being approximately 12 x 10" at the widest and longest part.
Doors and windows are layered so the wonderful details show both inside and out. The roof is specially cut so the wood will bend and conform to a curved shape to give this little house a great whimsical enchanted look.
The double base allows for a battery pack to be hidden so you can install your own LED lights. The curved steps go down to the lower area allowing for lots of wonderful landscaping to be added.
The undecorated pictures show what comes in the kit while the finished pictures show what can be done with this enchanting kit.
